Bathroom and kitchen remodeling in East Pittsburgh and the surrounding boroughs — tile, showers, vanities and the whole punch list, built by Chaz and a small crew who live ten minutes from your front door.
Mostly bathrooms — that's the work we're known for around East Pittsburgh. If we're not the right crew for your job, we'll say so and hand you a name.
Full gut to finish. New pan, valve, waterproofing, tile, vanity, lighting — one crew from demo to caulk line.
Typical: 2–4 weeks
Curbless pans, niches, mosaics, book-matched slabs. Mud bed and membrane done right so it never comes back.
Typical: 1–2 weeks
Low-threshold entries, grab bars that hit blocking, benches and hand showers — for aging in place or just a knee that’s had enough.
Typical: 1–2 weeks
Cabinets, counters, backsplash and the electrician we’ve used for a decade. Layouts that work in old Pittsburgh floor plans.
Typical: 3–6 weeks
Not ready for a gut? Swap the vanity, mirror, lights and trim and get most of the feeling for a fraction of it.
Typical: 1–3 days
The running toilet, the soft spot by the tub, the door that never closed right. One day, one invoice.
Typical: 1 day

Chaz posts from the truck. Whatever goes up on the Fresh Domicile Facebook page lands here on its own.
I started framing at nineteen, went out on my own in 2011, and never got around to hiring a salesperson. When you call Fresh Domicile you get me — the guy who'll be standing in your kitchen with a coffee at 7:15.
We keep four jobs going at a time, not fourteen. That's how a remodel finishes when we said it would, and how I can still run into you at the Giant Eagle without dodging anybody.

"Chaz found dry rot behind our siding, texted me a photo from the ladder, and had a revised number the same afternoon. Nobody padded anything."
"Kitchen down to studs with a toddler in the house. They tented the hallway every single night and finished two days early."
"Third contractor we called and the only one who showed up when he said he would. The deck's been through two winters without a squeak."
Walkthroughs are free and usually within the week. You'll get a written scope and a real number — not a range with an asterisk.
